How can I notify customers on contract expiry?

No. Currently you cannot notify an expiring contract directly to the customers. But however, you can notify your support agents or your Contracts Team so that they can follow-up with the customers.

To setup contract expiry notification, enable notification to support rep when you add a contract.

To enable notification, follow the steps given below:

1.    Click
Contract tab.
2.    In the
Add Contract page, fill the details required.
3.    Check the
Enable Notification.
  •   Select Support Rep to Notify.
  •   Provide the number of days before which you need to be notified.

4.    Click
Save or Save and Add New.
